No one person is responsible for the success in a club, nor for any failure.
The problem comes when one does think they are the primary reason for success and I feel that Webber has started believing that everything before him was bad, everything after was good and if it weren’t, that was down to someone else. And that’s when the relationships break down. No one is questioning his good moves but his reluctance to see any mistakes as his isn’t going to endear him to anyone. Having said all that, I’ve never been that fond of him and thought that I was wrong, but my first impressions seem right now.
