but it's the kind of thing people do after they've moved on - the Skipp /Gilmour negotiations and what goes on behind the scenes with the players you'd still expect a degree of discretion.

Even with the mountaineering thing, I'm not getting the vibe he's lazy - always seems to be working hard on our behalf - which is what I expect of him. You can't guarantee results, but you can require effort.
