Am a bit surprised at the reaction here (mental health angle)

There's some pretty big pointers in the article to the fact that the rejigs in his role are to safeguard his mental health.

It also looks like it's a pointer to the way in which resilience is being built into it all too as work is shared around the executive team (meaning if he, or any of the rest of them, are incapacitated or move on, we're not left high and dry).
