do you honestly think his lack of succession planning was fine? really? probably one of the most important aspects of his job seemingly totally neglected.

to be fair, i don't know maybe he had a robust succession plan in place (lampard lol) and the people in the plan all let him down at the last minute? because you'd have more than one single person in that plan just in case, wouldn't you right? hopefully he will cover it in the pinkun when he gets back.
