It's probably just me, it often is, but

I'm happy to cut a little more slack to the man who helped to steer the club from potential ruin to double promotions, complete overhaul of facilities and financial security.

Yes, this season has been a bloody disaster but that's life. Things go wrong. More has gone right than wrong in his time here. A year ago most of us were s**tting ourselves that he might move on to something bigger and better.

I don't really blame him for being a bit tetchy and defensive.
