I don’t really care about football so was grateful Delia and Michael (and my wife) asked me to stay when I told them I didn’t really give a t*ss any more.

My climbing doesn’t interfere with my job because for 4 months a year nothing is happening, especially when you have no money,

I’m tough so don’t care about the risk of dieing on Everest. I want to risk my life to inspire my 6 year old son because my dad wasn’t around much when I was growing up.

Delia and Michael (who begged me to stay) are great and the fans are stupid to question them.

Gilmour hasn’t been great but is a great lad and the fans are stupid for getting at him or questioning why we signed him.

I get a bit miffed when we lose or get relegated but it’s no big deal as it’s only football, the club will go on and I’m ready to move on after I’ve done Everest.
