License to kill - Bond getting very personal - and dispatching the villain in a cold way - which is a tad ironic as he uses a lighter to burn him/now him up....
Honorable mentions to from Russia with love, live and let die, goldeneye
skyfall ,Silva being bonds equal if not better - the scene on the island where he discusses what he's up to and spectre - personal reasons - I, in a small way helped make the car.
