Long shot, but...
Just wondering if anyone has any actual real-world insight into the process/timescales involved with getting someone over, and ideally any quirks around the employment process for someone who is here under the scheme?
Looking to set up a job for someone who might be hosting a refugee, and curious around how the hell it's all going to work so I can get HR on board with it. Don't suppose anyone else has looked into this?
I know they are supposed to get full rights to work, but that's about it.
