I would like to apologies to the board

yesterday i made a statement which at the time i believed to be true , but since then i have learnt that i was factually wrong

I said that Gorleston football club had not won the eastern counties league since 1972/73 when in fact the last time they won it was 1980/81 season in my defence the league was called the town and county league at the time

i now consider this matter closed and will not be taking any other questions on the subject
