Owen and Rooney are both short players and aren't target men. But you'd never sacrifice one of the other. Barring Cole, the other 3 are the media, manager and fans darlings of football, yet it could so easily be said they are the reasons England never succeed

It's time England learnt from Euro 2004, stop blaming anyone other than those 3 and addressed whats right for the team

Otherwise its the quarter finals and a big blub about how we should be getting further in major tournaments
