Arsenal - Wenger been in charge since 96, won the league a bit, gets bargains and in the CL final. hardly gonna be replaced is he.

Liverpool - Benitez been in charge a couple of years and had won league title and the UEFA cup with Valenica. then wins the CL. hardly gonna be replaced is he.

Chelsea- Mourinho been in charge a couple of years and won the league title and the CL with Porto. then gets bankrolled and wins back to back leagues. hardly gonna be replaced is he.

so please tell me how an english manager has a chance with a top club when one of the criteria seems to be success in a foreign league and europe where english managers are hardly prevalent.
