I remember as a kid going to local shop

at Eccles to get crisps for the family and expecting the usual ready salted (yes I did used to eat the ones with the little blue wrap to add your own salt grandad innit) and there was a box of blue and white (yes, I know) coloured packets saying salt and vinegar. I was mesmerised that this could be possible or that there would be a small blue wrap of vinegar to add yourself. But no, I cheekily opened a packet walking back to the bungalow and my mind was blown. Bloody lovely I enthused on arrival. Don't swear shouted dad. True story.
