has anyone been issued with an ukrainian yet?

thinking about getting one, be interested to hear if they are any good at gardening/menial tasks e.g. window cleaning, washing up, catering, laundry services, maybe some light building work? also, is it 350 quid a month for each one? thanks in advance.
