Into theatre,his colleague wants the hoods to go into haulage and unions as prohibition is about to end.Noodles f**ks it off and walks out,goes downstairs. Max meets him and they piss off.Then the camera pans back to the lift and a bloke who looks like Joe Pesci.I don't think it's him but is it? And what relevance does that scene have?
