Watched the Paddy documentary last night and my observations are as follows...

Sad to say, I don't believe Paddy to be of this earth any longer and the 'baked into a pie' theory I'm just not buying, she doesn't seem the type.

The entire ten inhabitants of the town, kind of take your pick. They all appear to be bonkers in one way or another, enter the Pink Panther bar at your peril I say.
