I worry about the poor selections and tactics

where we look so insipid game after game. It's not just the players are not good enough for me it's the lack of fight, lack of passages of passing to yellow shirts, lack of speed, lack of pressing, lack of creativity, lack of composure in front of goal. I watched the Burnley and Everton game and both teams went for each other. We don't do that we potter around almost waiting for the other team to score. It's so passive. Why don't Smith & Shakey get the players riled up as if these are vital cup type matches? He has to take some of the blame. I don't go with the "well this isn't my team" as these are good footballers who could surely be motivated to give it a go shirley? Tomorrow I expect Burnley to win quite easily as they will come here and fight right in our faces. We'll be nice little old Norwich.
