If we go down that route I do wonder if we might be at risk of throwing the baby out with the bath water (or maybe we did that with the last restructure of Youth Dev...).

The model, I think, is sensible as we need to generate capital somehow. Any lack of success (if it isn't just a blip) may be as much to do with our scouting/data analysis as anything else. Garbage in = garbage out.
