On a long drive, these tools can reduce fatigue and are effective once you learn

My last 2 cars before I got rid last year were Audi A3s with all the bells and whistles, needed to stay alert for people cutting into the space it leaves and causing unexpected braking, but trips from Southampton to Norwich or Leicester were much easier than before and I would arrive fresh. Adaptive cruise control is particularly useful in roadworks like the ones that were on the M3 for about 10 years (I may be exaggerating a little but not much).

Someone mentioned elsewhere the self parking, I had that too but never got the hang of it.
