Trump is a dangerous narcissist but I have to admit that his foreign policy either by luck

or judgement is stating to look more effective than what Biden has so far achieved.

Trump somehow improved the situation in North Korea, the Middle East tension eased via Saudi-Israel agreement, and he got NATO member countries to stump up more money.

In contrast Biden made a total mess of his first foreign policy decision how he withdrew troops from Afghanistan, North Korea is now once again testing ICBMs, and whether it was his fault or not the Ukraine situation has happened under Biden's watch.

Of course Trump was guilty of kowtowing to Putin so there's no telling how he would have handle the situation differently.

That all said if I had a choice of whose finger I would prefer to have on 'the button' it would be Bidden rather than Trump.
