thats a difficult argument and not that straightforward

thats a long time ago and it may have worked then but i would like to see a team of the best players picked and then a captain picked afterwards. its just an opinion, i think it works in football, if the captain is out of form you dont keep him in the team.

this is the other way around, nobody would drop root and rightly so. but the selection process of which he is part of(?) is farsical.

i dont care how old broad and anderson are, they are our best bowlers. tim murtagh is 41 this year and he will be playing and captaining in the 4 day matches.
