Not once have I made any reference to ZW as a single entity.

Jim's point was that the announcement was "further consolidation of power in the hands of two people"
I replied by suggesting that the expansion of the Exec Committee was a dilution of the power [of two people]

You then have jumped in and made it all about ZW.
