I wonder how many of those others have.
Plus he doesn't help out the rest of the team enough. He doesn't give the defenders on 'out' ball (anything long hit at him comes straight back), he's very hard for creative players to find with the ball and he doesn't physically disrupt defenders and in doing so create space & opportunities for other attackers. He has played 2,493 minutes and has one single assist. He's also hopeless at both attacking and defending set pieces.
I love Pukki to bits but he is the last kind of striker that a struggling team feeding off scraps (which is always likely to be us at this level) needs. The sad truth is that is we'd had Toney up front every game and Brentford had had Pukki up front every game we would almost certainly be above them in the table now.
