Probably been done to death after comments from Worthy in media but here's my response.
I cannot believe that any manager who has just finished a season such as NCFC's can make such an insulting, incorrect & brainless comment.
The man has, for me, shown his absolute contempt for the majority of 'true' Canary supporters. I stayed after the final whistle yesterday, not to show any form of support for the current management team, but to support a minority of the current squad who must feel as frustrated & angry as I do towards their fellow professionals. I think we all know who deserves our support in the current set-up, and I hope that they will be able to stay with us until the board finally take the necessary action & get our club back on track.
Several people that I know left early yesterday, it was their choice, they also had chosen to follow NCFC home & away all season they ARE true supporters fed up with giving hard earned money to a club that seems content for it to be thrown away on players & loan signings that are clearly not good enough.
The manager takes comfort in the fact that season ticket renewals are good and people are queing to get into Carrow Road. He should also be reminded that people vote with their feet and yesterday was the only way that many felt able to show there feelings towards him.
Did anyone (obviously not Worthy) also spot Gallacher trying to catch Worthy's attention when we had a corner in the final minutes, whilst he stood in familiar arms crossed pose, G's response was to throw his arm in the air in frustration as Worthy carried on dreaming about 6 weeks on Gorleston beach.
