Worthy seems determined to destroy all relations with the fans

He may not have said outright that the fans that left are not true supporters but that was the clear meaning of his comments and the message he intended to get across. it is also consistent with the central theme of the KTF faction and is a total fallacy.

I left the groud at the end yesterday but nipped into the snakepit on my way past to see how many others had followed suit and as I did the team came round. Firstly I would say there were probably about 8,000-9,000 left in the ground which means that about 15,000 had left. Secondly everyone I know who I would regard as a "true supporter" left that ground yesterday. These are the people who follow Norwich home and away and these are the people Worthington seems to be going out of his way to offend. Thirdly i was taken aback when Worthy did come round (I was still stood in the exit at the Snakepit watching) that he actually had the air of a triumphant emperor coming forward to salute the fans and pumping his fists in the air whilst a few thousand muppets applauded him like the homecoming hero. These are not the "true fans" of our club these are the people that will prevent our club from ever going forward and making the most of its potential - they would clap the opening of an envelope!

Still thank god the season is over and for small mercies such as Earnie and Hucks and I hope that the World Cup enables me to regain some of my enthusiasm over the summer so i can come back to Carrow Road in August and support the team. I have accepted that Worthy is not going anywhere and whilst i will never again chant his name or support him, the team will have my full support from the start of next season. i still think we can do well next season despite worthington as even a complete idiot knows what needs to happen this summer to sort out our deficiencies. Surely even he can not mess this up!
