Of 15 signings:

13% are currently in PL (and have got England caps)
60% have played in the 92 after leaving Norwich (75% if you include Scottish & Scandinavian League system)
Just the two (Sitti & Lambert) done absolutely nowt.

Looks like a pretty high rate to me.
