That's how it works though!

Injury or suspension to a senior player means the chance for a young player...but it's up to them to take it. It shows that we have had the young players with the right attitude in an environment that will help them develop. This is the one benefit of the self sufficient club, we don't/can't just go and buy replacements for injured players.
