is the FA Cup Final a bigger game to these clubs than, say, our final game at Fulham last year. It could easily be argued that Portsmoth & Brum's games this weekend are far more important to those clubs than a FA Cup Final where West Ham are guaranteed a UEFA place even if they lose and Liverpool are CL bound anyway.
You can't say "oh, we'll have different justice for this game because it's a big one". Who decides what is and isn't a big game. It is vitally important that all offences should be treated equally, regardless of who commits them and what games they might have coming up.
