I had to do a similar presentation a month ago. Only tips I could give are obvious like smile at them (alot!). And try to answer any of the questions with real examples of how problem-solved in the past. The 'lighthouse effect' is another one: as you're speaking, turn slowly to engage with all your listenners. Erm... if there are any people on the panel that you feel aren't warming to you, spend particular time on them - if you win them over, you may convince the others? That last one happenned to me (i was fore-warned) and it worked!
