I suspect the impact of covid means if we go down at least one will be sold

just to cover the hole, was a figure of £15m or £19m mooted for that, I can't remember now. Stay up and we'd cover it with EPL £££ but go down and that's what we'd have to do. Anything else would presumably be funded by further sales; there is no magic money tree.
