Thoughts with you. I had cancer and it damned near carried me off for good. The after effects of the treatments were so severe I'd lay in bed hoping for a quick exit. It took my Dad too, and others I've known and loved. Felt it, seen it, try to empathise with those who have been there too. Rather too many of them. Sorry, genuinely, to read that fella. Casually wishing it upon someone? Fucking.Hell.
