Pretty much where I'm at too

My mate is a Brentford fan - a bit like Southampton they've had lots of money pumped into them.

A bit like you, i feel we should be able to be competitive for a year or two. Though my anger has been pretty much burnt out at the prem and the system. Like quite a lot of pro sport these days, it's product, not Sport. Hard to get worked up when the best you can realistically hope for is to circle the drain for a few years.
