Billy really isnt that good. Defensively he is a bit of a liability. He doesnt have the strength or pace you need to operate in a Premier League midfield, unless you are great at positioning yourself, which he isn't. Players simply run by him too often. He's good on the ball, but I mean good, not exceptional.

I would swap him for Skipp in a heartbeat.
