Only other managers I would have accepted myself would have been

Hiddinck (although concerned as he is a mercenary), Wenger, Mourinho, and O'Neill (although he's also inexperienced at that level).

Oh, and Sven. I for one am sad to see him go. We'll all have our disagreements about decisions of any manager, but in general Sven has done a fantastic job.
