Boaz is actually a woman who disobeyed Von Cruyff so he had her killed and

used her features in his biology plant to create boaz

It isn't acutally lara who fights Boaz, she gets trapped in a room whilst her rookie helper sorts the job out

He stupidly turns his back on some buzzy fly thing when its not totally dead and buzzy fly thing throws something at bloke and it stabs him right in the heart

Lara then fights the last big baddy, wins, gets the last artifact and finds bloke dead. Life goes on though, and the game finishes
