"Pervert Jason Regala, 27, had faced prison for tricking a 23-year-old hospital patient into letting him examine her chest. After undoing her bra, he cupped her boobs. Then he ran his fingers over her nipples ? and told her she had 'lovely baps', Teesside Crown Court heard.

The judge said: 'It is quite clear that if I send you to prison you would still have your fantasies for women?s breasts, and it is quite clear from that report that that problem arises frequently.' ?
