Well, for me, I’m just ‘anti’ him in the sense that

I want us to appoint someone who’s achieved things on their own merit as a manager, and therefore probably has more ability than someone who’s lived off his achievements as a player.

So I’m more ‘pro someone better’.

No idea who though.
