Stuff from yesterday

I am getting to really like Marcus N. He has a bit of the Leroy Fer / Damien Francis about him, and I think he could be very good for us.

For their disallowed goal Max actually stepped up to ensure their player was Off. Watch it on the highlights, it's a really smart bit of footy, the kind of decision-making that we will need going forward.

Idah & Sargeant played their roles very well, and let's see if the New Guy uses Idah differently. 13 of Idah's last 15 appearances have been made after the 77th minute, and I think he has more to offer than he was being allowed.

The crowd yesterday was really there to support Norwich. There were only a few, dribbly attempts to sing about the scum and there were no discernible anti-club (or manager) chants. I am sure 'proper' fans from Leeds or Millwall would have hated it, but f**k 'em.

Williams & Gibson both had good games.
