this was before they lost at home to Russell Martin's Swans.

Given the **** we are in (and if DF sadly goes after this w/e) then I think either of them are realistic candidates just to make this season slightly bearable and bring us back next season.

On balance I am not sure Russell would leave Swansea as he has only just started there and seems to have a project going. Mark Robins on the other hand probably may want to give it a go here and has possibly achieved all he can at Coventry.

Either appointment though is tacit acceptance our part that we are going down which is sad.
