Whenever players get written off after a handful of games I'm always reminded of

How bloody unforgiving and impatient and in some cases, how downright nasty people can be.
Only a few games ago people were booing him getting subbed when he'd run himself into the ground.

I for one really like him. I think there's a Iwan/ Holty lurking in there with the right nurturing.

He's 21 for f**k sake. Give the lad a chance.
