Think people are being realistic in terms of who we can attract as manager

It's the best job Wilder could get at the moment. But there's not many manager's who would be comfortable working with the current setup. You don't sign the players and anyone decent will get sold on you. Would just hope that Webber might have a shortlist of candidates but given his loyalty to Farke it seems unlikely.
