Farke is a good manager of good players. When he has the quality to play the kind of

possession based attacking football we had in the Champs he can get a squad purring.

He's got no idea how to drill limited players in to doing the basics of the game and making up for limited skill with extra effort/organisation.

That is the reason we are so chalk and cheese between the two leagues.
What we need now is a manager able to organise a team to within an inch of their lives, and get them running through walls.
Essentially what Lambert was good at (not suggesting we get him back) that has a limit as to how far you can go, we almost need a Wilder for a season or two to stay up, then bring Farke back once we've improved the squad to top half levels!
