Should be go or should he stay?

I will answer this with another question - how long do you think he would have lasted at Tottenham, or even Watford? No-one can say that DF hasn't had a fair crack of the whip. I doubt if he will be sacked yet but maybe he should consider doing the decent thing now and resign in the interests of the Club. Another ten games without a win would be disastrous and that could well happen if he doesn't go.
