If we used that logic then no manager would ever be sacked. The idea that a new manager cannot improve existing players has been proved wrong over and over again.
Yes it doesn't always work, but it really cannot get any worse.
Also, the idea that a new manager would change our philosophy and style is crazy as well. We do not have any sense of style at all this season, we do not have any clue.
Something has to change, and accepting relegation in October after 10 games is just farcical.
Money clearly is a massive factor in this league, but it isnt everything. Our gutless death march is not just about money, and we now have a manager that is so out of his depth right now.
