It was always going to be a struggle losing our best two players

And arguably Emi is irreplaceable but (and I know everyone has said it before) getting a DM in the Skipp mould should have been the absolute priority.

It was pretty obvious that Spuds weren't going to loan us Skipp again so why didn't we go all out for one from the off.

Normann alongside Skipp/Skipp replacement would have been awesome.
