Of course he's not worried. He's on a huge annual salary with three or four years to run. In his position I wouldn't be worried either! If he stays, there's just going to be more and more heartache for the rest of the season. No Delia, Neil Adams is not the ideal replacement - we want someone to excite the fans by shaking things up and getting a few wins. Right now I'll accept anyone with a half-decent track record in the Premier League.
