Are we stronger than we were last time in the Prem?

Was impressed with Stuart Webber interview in the week - very sensible and said all the right things. But one thing I wasn't so sure about was his insistence that we are definitely stronger this season. Appreciate the rest of the league has strengthened, too, but I still reckon our last Prem squad was better.
