If you take the middle two as playing centrally all the time and then look at the rest of the side as like a clock face could see them all rotating around one, clockwise when we're defending and then moving back to the listed formation more when we're on the attack.
Pleased to see Dowell in, for me he's one of the players who could stitch together the midfield and the attack, wouldn't be surprised to see him drifting more into a central AMF role when we're breaking (with Rashica moving up on the left as a counterattack).
