Webber “It takes time to gel”

Doesn’t seem to take other teams as long to ‘gel’ yet others have recruited just as many players as we have. How long are we supposed to patiently wait until we “gel”? Half a season, a full season? How are new players supposed to gel when they don’t play? How are wingers supposed to gel when we switch formation to play without wingers?
