Webber’s job is to develop all elements of the football side of the club

And to give Farke what he needs to do his job. Farkes job is to achieve the maximum possible with those resources and have the first team playing as well and achieving as much as possible.

Continued improvement culminating in on field success should be the aim for both.

I think Webber has fallen a bit short in terms of providing Farke with everything he needs this summer but overall I think it’s much more the case that Farke is not getting the players to perform to anything like the level they are capable of.
