Imagine not signing a CDM! Normann is good, but he's not a Skipp or Tettey replacement is he? Seems happier with the ball at his feet creating things than sitting in and ball-winning. Not especially quick either like Skipp was, and not as strong as Tettey (no pace but good positioning).
